1. Service-Based Nature
Due to the customized and digital nature of our interior design services, all sales are final. Once the design process has begun, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind.
2. Non-Refundable Items
Mood boards, floor plans, elevations, furniture layouts, and 3D renderings are non-refundable once delivered.

4. Client Responsibilities
It is the client’s responsibility to:
Provide accurate measurements and information where relevant
Be available for necessary communications
Review design materials within the agreed timeline
Delays caused by the client may result in rescheduling or additional charges.
5. Revisions
Each project includes a limited number of design revisions (to be agreed upon in the service agreement). Any additional revisions will incur an extra fee.
